NHS Hammersmith and Fulham CCG is committed to working with our local population on producing our equality objectives. ‘Equality objectives’ are the goals we set to ensure that we are working in an inclusive way to meet the diverse needs of our local residents. Equality objectives should be specific goals that we can measure, which reflect your needs. Under the Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED) of the Equality Act 2010, we are required to prepare and publish specific and measurable equality objectives every four years. Over February and March 2018 we are going out to local community groups to talk about what they think our equality objectives should look like. We are also gathering people’s views via this survey. We would be really grateful if you could spare about 15 minutes to complete it. Your answers will make a big difference by helping to shape our equality objectives for the next four years.
