Our future plans
Our vision for health services is to develop personalised, localised, integrated and specialised care for local people and over the last 12 months we have continued to deliver real improvements to local services. We have played a key role in driving forward transformational activity at a local level as well as being a leading player in the agenda set out nationally by Simon Stevens in the Five Year Forward View. At the AGM, you will hear about the progress and the achievements we have made. We will present our annual report and accounts (available on our website). If you have a query to which you would like a formal response, please submit this to hf.ccg@nw.london.nhs.uk up to 48 hours prior to the AGM. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions of the CCG Governing Body on the evening
