This year Mental Health Awareness Week 2016 (#MHAW16) runs from 16th – 22nd May. The theme this year is about relationships and the importance of giving your time, being present, listening, being listened to and recognising unhealthy relationships. NHS Hammersmith and Fulham Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are getting involved in MHAW16 through encouraging staff to get active and complete a jog around Regents Park as well have a picnic over a lunch break.
The CCG are also co-hosting an event at Parkview Health and Wellbeing centre on Thursday 19th from 1pm – 4:30pm for residents of Hammersmith and Fulham. Resources including leaflets and goodies will be available to residents to highlight some of the ways to look after your mental health. Join us on Thursday at Parkview to find out more.
