GPs across North West London are coming together to work with patients to develop a more joined up NHS 111 service.
We have held a series of public engagement events to help us take on board the views of patients as we design the new service. The latest events were on 10 November 2015 at Harrow Baptist Church and 17 November 2015 at Hammersmith Town Hall. They followed up an initial public engagement meeting in June 2015 to create a vision for the “front-end” of urgent care services.
The purpose of the November event was to present our updated vision for a joined up NHS 111 service across North West London, including in Hammersmith and Fulham, and to seek your views and about how the service should be designed and accessed by patients.
The events provided a great deal of useful feedback, and local GPs would like to thank everyone who attended. We hope attendees found the meetings a good opportunity to discuss the North West London vision for a joined-up NHS 111 service.
