Making a complaint to Hammersmith and Fulham CCG

If you are not completely satisfied with the way your complaint has been answered, or they cannot resolve the problem, you may wish to make a formal complaint to the CCG as the commissioner of these services. You can do this by contacting our complaints manager:

The CCG does not commission primary care. If you have a comment, complaint or compliment about a doctor (GP), dentist, pharmacy or optician, please contact the practice directly in the first instance.
