Parkview centre for health and wellbeing

The Parkview centre for health and wellbeing is now open. The flagship health hub brings together health and social care services in a state-of-the-art buiding. 

The new centre provides a range of services to local residents and people across Hammersmith and Fulham. 

Services include: 

  • four GP practices                 
  • anticoagulant therapy
  • child development service
  • dentistry
  • diabetic services
  • health visiting
  • community social work services
  • learning disability services
  • leg ulcer clinic
  • nutrition
  • podiatry
  • respiratory team
  • school nursing
  • sexual health cilinic
  • speech and language therapy
GPs and community health teams work along side social services to offer truly joined up care for local people.

The long-term plan for Hammersmith and Fulham is to have two additional health hubs: one at Charing Cross Hospital and the other south of the borough. Further details of these hubs will be made available in the 'our plans' section of this site.
